In researching our first story on a marijuana seller running for Jefferson County Commission, we noticed what appeared to be irregularities at Greg Brotherton's Sea Change Cannabis store. He wouldn't answer our questions, so we've sent them to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
