Just as we were searching for the right closing words to our series on how Michael Haas handled the rape case against Patrick McAllister, we received an email from the victim's brother.  She is filing a complaint against Haas with the Washington State Bar Association.  Our final installment of "Dumping a Rape Case, and its Victim," lays out all the powerful, sometimes irrefutable evidence Hass threw away when he dropped all charges and set a violent man free.
